LAMB LEG

Ingredients for 8-10 persons
1 lamb leg of 6 pounds
2 beers
4 long onion branches
2 diced garlic cloves
1/2 spoonful of diced parsley
1/2 spoonful of diced basil
1/2 spoonful of ground thyme
1/2 spoonful of ground laurel
salt and pepper

Mix all the ingredients. Empale with a long fork the lamb leg and put a bit of the mixture on it, making sure that it enters in the holes. It has to rest from one day to another.

Boil for 2 hours in water that covers the leg.

Get it out and put it on the oven, preheated at 350 degrees, nearly during 20 minutes, rolling it till' it browns in all the sides.

If you prefer, you can only roast the leg: put it on the oven preheated at 300 degrees, let it brown.

Now life is easier than other days because before everything was different. My Grandmother has told me...

Previously everything was more difficult because parents were not as they are now,she says that the parents were very angry. Also, she has told me that they only had a pair of shoes and they put them once a week and they had that to last too much time, another thing was that when they were behaving bad they were hanged in a tree where they were hit.

The Teacher also has told us that he did little pranks and compared with our days, they were a real trouble.

In this era, everything was correct, for example, the women were using a few long dresses up to the neck and were using a tunic in their head, the men had to give everything to their families, also everypone went every sunday to the church.

MY BEST VACATIONS

ISLANDS OF THE ROSARIO

The best vacations that I have ever had were my vacations in the Islands of the Rosario. There we had a lot of fun! We traveled in a ship called "Alcatraz" and we went to different places.

The day before, we visted different places of Cartagena. One of them was the castle of San Felipe. We sleeped well were we stayed but I prefer my house. In the morning we had a delicious breakfast with eggs, orange juice, bread and coffee; one of the most delicious breakfast that I have ever had.

Then we arrived at the wharf and took the ship. The sea was really beautiful and amazing. We even saw a shark near the ship! There was music and people dancing, it was exciting. Later we arrived at the first island were we saw a show with dolphins and sharks.

We boarded the ship again and arrived to another island were we had lunch. It was obviously better than the breakfast. We boarded one more time and arrived at the last island. There was a beach called "White beach", because the sand was really white and the seawater was really clear and peaceful.

Those were really the best vacations ever! I would really like to go again.

What I Want

 I wanted to buy a car, a lamborgini because is a beautiful and a wonderful car, I would like to visit Francia because is a big place To stay I love Francia! Why? I don't know.

I wanted To learn to talk french or Italian. Also I want to learn tae-kwondo to be able to defend the odersAlso I want to learn tae-kwondo to be able to defend the oders I have Wanted to surf and in a future I want to visit the moon and feel the sensation of floating in the space.

My Best Friend name is Laura Melissa Hernandez Viedma she is very friendly and sometimes generous, she is incredibly talented, she always dancing in her house, she is completely reliable, she is absolutely wonderful, she is honest and is really fantastic.
